MEMBER agrees to use the unglobalcompactsummit.org account in a way that conforms with all applicable laws and regulations. MEMBER specifically agrees not to make any attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks contained either within or outside or under the direct control of unglobalcompactsummit.org's network. Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at our sole discretion. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. In the event that any term or provision of this instrument is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, then the remaining provisions of this instrument and the agreement which it evidences, shall remain in full force and effect.
